A Quick Message about confirmation emails! After you register as a site user, you should recieve an email confirmation with your access information. Once in a while, these emails are intercepted by aggressive spam filters and end up in your "junk" folder. If you don't receive the confirmation in 10 minutes, check there first, and then please do Contact Us and we can set up your account.

Hello!  As you can see, we have produced a brand new website for the 2010 ASES National Solar Tour.  We hope you will enjoy registering your tour, seeing the start location added to our interactive tour map, and even uploading a photo or two into our photo gallery.

Registration is a quick, 2-step process.

1. REGISTER AS A SITE USER.  Upon submitting the new user form, you will immediately receive an email at the address you specify that provides your login information.  Just click on the link provided.  The first time you log in you will be asked to set your own password.
2. NOTE: If you forget your user password (who does that?), simply go to the REQUEST NEW PASSWORD link and enter your user email address.  You will be sent a link to reset your password.
3. Once logged in, simply go to the REGISTER YOUR TOUR page to submit your tour information.  The Solar Tour Director reviews all submissions, and once he has approved your tour (usually within 24 hours), it will appear on the "Find a Tour" page.

If you have any difficulty at all, simply use our contact form which will send an email to the tour administrator.

Edit Your Existing Tour Information

Make sure you are logged in.  Then, just surf to your tour listing on the "Find a Tour" page.  At the top of your content (just above your title), you will see an "EDIT" tab.  Click on that, and you can change any of the information about your tour. Don't forget to SAVE the changes.
