Join us for the second annual St. Louis Show Me Solar Tour on Saturday, October 9th. A special preview of the main tour will take place at the EarthWays center during the Green Homes festival on September 25th. The day of the main tour, transportation in the way of passenger vans will be provided. The tour will begin and end at Maplewood-Richmond Heights Senior High School where plenty of parking is available. This year we will be touring 4 or 5 locations (exact itinerary TBD by September 25th) each with a working solar electric and/or solar thermal system. Tour attendees will have a chance to meet the homeowner and representatives of the companies who installed the solar systems. The tour will stop for lunch in an area with many choices of restaurants (lunch is not included). You are also certainly welcome to bring your own lunch. Each tour attendee will receive a free copy of the American Solar Energy Society's Getting Started Guide.
